Getting Started
Most AstralPass users will go through a simple flow:
- Sign in with Discord
- Connect a wallet
- Approve the ownership check
- Let AstralPass evaluate your current state
From there, AstralPass may either complete your verification or guide you to the next missing step.
What AstralPass is checking
Section titled “What AstralPass is checking”Depending on the DAC and the current flow, AstralPass may care about:
- whether you control the Discord account
- whether you control the linked wallet
- whether the right wallet is linked
- whether a DAC-specific step is still missing
- whether your Discord and Star Atlas state are aligned
What happens after you sign in
Section titled “What happens after you sign in”After you sign in and link a wallet, AstralPass can:
- update your Discord roles
- show you what is still missing
- bring you back into the right account state later
Important: Discord approval and DAC membership are not the same thing
Section titled “Important: Discord approval and DAC membership are not the same thing”A common point of confusion is assuming that one completed step means everything is done.
In reality, a DAC may require several separate things, such as:
- Discord-side approval
- on-chain DAC membership
- wallet linking
